Our career is what we do for a living and how we advance through life. It can be a specific profession or simply our life’s work. Our career gives us a level of fulfilment and a sense of achievement.

Our physical health and well-being is vital – without it we do not exist. Health is about our physical state of being and wellness about living a healthy lifestyle.

Family is our social unit, whether related or not that we feel loves us unconditionally. This area focus on the relationship we have with our families. Parents and/or children support each other.

We all have the same amount of time. Time refers to our ability to use our time efficiently. Using time effectively gives us a choice of what we want to spend our time on.
